I'm on my 7th day already and this is still ally think about I'm so excited for every workout, I can't wait to see how far this will take me.

Yesterdays Workout: Day 6
Morning:
Warmup rice sock
1 set newbie stretches all direction
400 wet jelqs
Evening:
Warmup rice sock
3 sets newbie stretches all directions

Very simple but effective choice in a newbie style workout! I live to see men start with the basics or at least include them in their workouts as the structural knowledge and basic understanding of the mechanics of penis enlargement is contained there within. Even as I reach for a greater workout then the last I still have a complete inclusion of the basic movements of Penis Enlargement/ I wish you well and I hope you make all gains you desire!
 
By the way, it is a smart idea to make some initial measurements to see exactly where you have started and then, also let us know your goals.

Thank you for your input, stupid of me I forgot to include kegels. Basically my workout is the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I just split up the jelqing and stretching. How can you accurate measure flaccid penis and especially bpfsl my fat pad always tents and I don't know how to accurate measure it then.

Hey Rakas, I was reading one of the threads about how DLD is adding this jelqing thing and then waiting an hour to masturbate then going straight into stretching. I basically masturbated since I haven't in a few days felt amazing, then went right into stretching after my penis came down to a little less then semi erection and I had an amazing pull, I did 3 sets of madingo, then 1 full set of newbie before the extreme effectiveness subsided. Then I just did the rest of my 2 sets of newbie stretches and was done. Is that a bad thing, because it felt like my dick was tighter so I didnt have to work as hard to get a solid stretch. Felt good though. And just a random question when measuring girth how tight should you pull the measuring tape around your dick?

If it feels intense its probably a good thing.

Pull the tape as tight as possible around your mid-shaft.

Actually, the tape should be just tight enough to go around the shaft at it's most outer point. If you pull tight the measurement will no include all of the firth, you will lose at least .25" measuring this way.

I will remeasure then to double check. It was 5inch girth with fairly tight around the shaft. Can anyone answer me is having a 1.8in glans a bad thing on a dick thats only 5.5in nbpel. It feels like my shaft is kinda short but my glans in fairly long. Im also wanting to add [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] Strapping Method to my routine right after stretching. DLD says to wear for 1 hour then stretch out and rewrap but how tight should I be wrapping. I dont wanna be loosing circulation while wrapped and run into problems. If someone could give me some advice on that, that would be great. :)

6sets madingo stretches, love how easy and good these feel.

Base soreness is very normal, painful but normal. A day off will do you right.

I seemed to get some of the little red spots on my shaft after my
Jelqs but there gone today.

Today's workout day Day 11:

3 sets btc stretches all directions
3 sets Mandingo stretches
600 Jelqs. Should I just stay at this number for a
while? Or should I keep increasing. Felt great.
 
If you feel able to put more work in go for it! There is definitely a point where you could go overboard but there is also a point where, for some men, it is not enough work. FInding this medium is highly personal and every man will gain with different methods of training, exercises and frequencies. Finding your own is what will help you make gains fastest.
