The problem is that, I cannot bear the pain at the base. I cannot even keep an erection inside due to this pain. you could try to pump only with a light under-pressure,
this results in a smaller width expansion and focuses more on length.

If this doesn't work you have to get a bigger pump.

I tried to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] today and my balls were sucked in. I cannot use it without my balls going in. Is it right to just put your dick and balls in there and pump?

Some guys do that while others tie of their sack with a shoelace or another similar device to prevent their balls from getting sucked in.

You really can't predict such things but in a years time I'm sure you would get to at least 6" with really hard work. You might want to start doing jelqs also. It will make gains that much faster. Try DLD's 5 x 5. To do this you pump for 5 minutes then jelq for 5 minutes and you do this a total of three times. It's what's known as a super-set. Even if you just want to stick with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you will still make good gains. Basically, all people are different and respond better to certain Penis Enlargement exercises more than others. Also, the time it takes to grow varies from person to person. I'm a very slow gainer but I'm sticking in there. Just be consistent and give it your all!

If you're a newbie you should stick to the 5 x 5 and just do regular jelqs. Whatever you do do not start clamping until you are very seasoned in Penis Enlargement. The penis must be very conditioned to start those exercises. If you're not a newbie then your routine looks good.
