I am a newb when it comes to girth exercises. I have this velcro strap that I have put behind my balls and after kegeling, it traps blood like I think a clamp does and engorges my dick. When I kegel in this state, my dick gets huge and I thought it sounded alot like a horse-type squeeze, but i've heard alot of warnings about kegeling in a clamped state or even just clamping for too long.
Can anyone advise if these 'strapped squeezes' would be beneficial or if they sound dangerous? The strap gets my dick so engorged, it feels like it could be a great girth exercise, but I have no idea how to do it safely, for how long etc.
Any help, much appreciated.
 
this is constricting. basically the same thing as clamping. it's fine to kegel, just don't clamp for too long. when your dick is purple, TAKE IT OFF. you can tell when it's time to rest just by looking at your penis. clamping seems to be the number 1 girth gainer, so have at it, just don't push too hard
 
Thanks D. Could you tell me what a workout would look like if I just constricted/clamped with this strap? Reps, total amount of time? Also, is it safe to put behind my balls or should it be fastened at the base of my dick?

Once strapped in with good blood pressure you can pretty much do any girth exercise to increase expansion. Slow Squash Jelqs work wonders.
 
That exercise seems good but its hard to know your intensity by just you describing it. I would also do ulis or Horses 440's to failure or when ever penis start pump blood out. It sounds like your just doing clamp edging with some kegels which is fine but if your after girth gains you might need more than just that.
 
yea you can pretty much do any girth exercise. whatever you want until you either feel pain (the bad pain, not the good growth pain) or if your dick turns dark purple/black. you'll know when you've had enough. trust me on that one

Whenever my grip is getting weak or when my penis starts pumping blood out. I used to time them but I notice when I just place my focus on something else I can go alot longer.
