I am a newb when it comes to girth exercises. I have this velcro strap that I have put behind my balls and after kegeling, it traps blood like I think a clamp does and engorges my dick. When I kegel in this state, my dick gets huge and I thought it sounded alot like a horse-type squeeze, but i've heard alot of warnings about kegeling in a clamped state or even just clamping for too long.
Can anyone advise if these 'strapped squeezes' would be beneficial or if they sound dangerous? The strap gets my dick so engorged, it feels like it could be a great girth exercise, but I have no idea how to do it safely, for how long etc.
