I completely agree! Having your PC tired and doing RKs are very similar, but if one does both- I am sure maximum length gains would be achieved.
Make Kegels and Reverse Kegels a breathing meditation exercise. This can be done with a mantra and it can also be done in prayer for those who believe but either way it will benefit you on many levels. Here is what I do:
Mantra Version:
1. Say I am Empty: Release all air from your lungs until your lungs are empty.
2. Now Breath In a very deep breath and hold it and saying in rhytHydromax with the Kegels
"I am Becoming Stronger and More Powerful with Every Kegel"
Do as many Kegels as you can during this "In" period. For me I can get 50 strong Kegel before I have to breath in again.
3. Out: Release the breath slowly of a few seconds.
During this out release push a Reverse Kegel during the entire release saying to yourself:
"This is Magnificent because Now I am Stronger and More Powerful"
Only for religious men
Spiritual Version:
1. Say: "Eeee" This is Latin for the word
"Behold" Release all air from your lungs until your lungs are empty.
2. Now Breath In a very deep breath and hold it and saying in rhytHydromax with the Kegels
"Fiat" This is Latin for the expression:
"Let it be done"
Do as many Kegels as you can during this "In" period. For me I can get 50 strong Kegel before I have to breath in again.
3. Out: Release the breath slowly of a few seconds.
During this out release push a Reverse Kegel during the entire release saying to yourself:
"Magnificat" This is latin for the expression
"My soul does enlarge your soul Lord"
What I envision during this spiritual version is myself at the foot of the Cross of our Lord, holding the hand of the Blessed Mother. I am presenting myself in all my sinfulness, all of my human error. This is OK though because this is just what Jesus wants, us in all of our frailty and humanity, needing his help. I will imagine that it is the last minutes of our Lord's Life on the Cross and he is about to take his last breath and say:
"Into thy hands Oh Father I commend my Spirit". This is an important moment in the meditation as Jesus is breathing his last breath so I am awaiting his last words I am in the empty position. I am thinking the word "Eeee". I am Empty, without breath and in the Eeee moment I imagine that the last breath of Jesus becomes the first breath of my "Fiat" moment, or the moment I take my first, DEEP breath. Holding this breath I do 50 quick, strong Kegels. The entire time imagining that the Breath of Jesus is in me and that it is healing me. Once I can no longer hold his goodness in me, his sweet breath, I imagine myself being lifted up to his mouth, with the help of the Holy Mother and then, my "Magnificat" moment is ready. I breath out the air (doing a strong Reverse Kegel) and I imagine it is being blown right into my Lord's mouth filling his lungs. Again I am in the empty moment, the "Eeee" moment. I can not stay in this state for too long, I will need to breath in soon! But wait! Here comes the solider with the spear and he makes his way to Jesus. He lifts his spear to the side of Jesus and spears him and now Blood and Water is flowing glom his side! The "Fiat" moment is back, but now in a very special way and a way that will allow you to do this "spiritual communion" all day if you desire! Now the pattern of breathing changes a bit. Now, since the side of our Lord is open and his communion of blood and water is flowing we can start the infinite practice of this exercise.
Eeee: we are empty
Fiat: we are now taking in the blood and water from Jesus side as a communion of spirituality
Magnificat: we are now breathing out this grace into the mouth of Jesus, filling his lungs with our deep appreciation but his wounded body can not hold this communion as now it comes right out from his side, during our empty moment we lower ourselves to his side to take it in again and then continue this for as long as you like!
This brings great virtue and indulgences to the faithful believers.
