Fluid retention happens when the tunica is fully expanded but the vacuum keeps pulling blood into it.
Air is soft so it allows some of the fluids to easily creep into the area between the tunica and skin.
Water isn't soft so its harder for fluid to get into that area between tunica, and skin. Also water unlike air is incompressible so it takes less effort to get a strong amount of vacuum from it.

it is a detachable pump....so when i get a boner i can put a something from one end and put something at base also........but fluid retention will be a problem i guess...
i wish there was detachable water based pumps...
There is a detachable air/water pump. Is called boston air pump. They sell pump with water air valve that can be used for both style of pumping. I owned 2 of these pump
Airpump and blister are first cousins so I heard.
Air and penis do not go together....water and a penis, well thats a different storywater pumping is better

You could buy a cheapy tube, and fit it with this for water pumping. The guage will be destroyed though.

It's all about FMP so water is better. Oil is even much better. Soon my oil based pump will be ready then will quote its success.
