i have been doing my girth routine but it seems like I cant total engorgement all the time and i fell like my PC muscles are holding me back. I used to kegel along time ago but havent done them in awhile. can you guys tell me what your kegel routine looks like?

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I remember doing these for a week straight.
I swear to god, I had stronger erections, stronger orgasms and I was steel hard.

Once you do it for a few weeks you start to do it all day just out of habit. And you are correct, the erections are awesome.

DLD, I notice when I do the 50 squeezes and hold for 5 seconds then slowly release, after 50 I'm not say, 'screaming or feeling the burn.'. It's perfectly okay to try to go for 75, if I get that, then 100, etc?
 
Iv read the dld beginner thread but am having trouble telling whether I am isolating the right muscle for the kegel exercise. How do you tell?
 
Yes, the idea is to do these as much as you can. Eventually it will happen as second nature. Driving, talking, working whatever, just do them as much as possible. The workout I posted is basic and everyone should try to master it and go beyond it.
 
DLD, Some guys do them to prevent the PONR while edging or during sex. I think that sound pretty unsafe. What do you think about these method of use?

I've never understood the routines on the pc muscle in here. I mean finally we're talking about an actual muscle. Why aren't we attacking it with weights like a wet towel on erect / semierect penis and lifting it. Or other creative lifting. I mean if I wan't to make my biceps stronger, you won't se me flexing it until it burns.

Is there really something special about the pc muscle that seperates it from all other muscles?

Ok so I sqeeze my butt together and I feel the front of my penis tighten but I cant tell if I am sqeezing the pc muscle. Any advice oN how to tell would be appreciated.

When I stretch my penis it feels as though the skin is the onlu thing that is being stretched. Is this normal?

I want to start a kegel routine but im having a hard time trying to find out how to do it the proper way? How exactly do you do this? I keep seeing people saying squeeze your PC muscle but i don't know where my PC muscle is?? Sorry to sound dumbfounded but can someone go into a little detail for me? I understand the whole stretching and jelqing and have been doing the 3 sets of stretching and 250 (thought id do an extra 50 over the newbie guide) jelqs. But i just don't understand the whole kegal routine...
 
Should we somehow incorporate reverse kegels as well into the kegel routine? A buddy of mine told me that shortly after he started doing regular kegels, he had trouble finishing/ejaculating, i.e., he lasted longer than he expected or wanted. Is this a common problem?
