I pumped hard to 178 about. No removing pump for 20 minutes. How can this be prevented? I believe i pushed myself to hard as most newb do.Should I take day off or what is recomended in this case?

it is fluid retention. I normally get a SMALL donut around my head when im done with my sessions but i have gotten it worse before. By the time i wake up the next day it is gone. I wouldnt worry about it unless it stays for longer then a day or so. If it happens to still be there the next time you use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], i would not use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again until it is gone.

Thanks mike. It kinda freaked me out a bit. That was my most intense work out since got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I was starting to see larger girth and it looked awsome. Then it started return to normal and that when notice around the gland was not going away. But thanks again for all is good.

Fluid Retention will happen in the beginning stages of using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Eventually this will happen less and less. A good habit to get into, which will also speed up gains, is to do 5-10 minute sessions of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed buy 5-10 minutes of jelqing (or the like). This not only speeds gains but will also help eliminate fluid retention.

now 2 hours after my session my dickhead and upper foreskin looks like somone injected silicon or something on particular places. I havent experienced this before. it doesnt hurt or anything just looks and feels funny. Mine went away in a couple hrs. I believe it was from me pumping up to full force at once. I useually go up to 150 for 5 min then to 160 for 5 then 170 for 5 and what ever i can get out of the last for final 5 minutes. Last night i went in hard and pumped the shit out of it till i got no more water out of it and stayed the whole 20 pumping to make sure no more water would come out every 5. Today i went back to reg way i posted cause I was a bit sore around the base to force pump all the water out. and no retention.
Tonight I noticed my dick looks black and blue bruised up and lots of FR build up. been 2 hrs after pump and just checking to see if anyone else has this problem.

that is the general consensus, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is a beast.
I dont know if your talking to me or not, but I do kegels as well... I do them in the routine but not sets. I usually do a kegel to push more blood into the blood chamber, then I'll clasp my ( "ok" finger hold) around the base, then I wait till my muscle is relaxed(matter of seconds), then I kegel again thus pushing more blood... after a few kegels it gets very vainy and hard.. I usually do that after some stretching before I proceed with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words](X-40).. Jelqing never really did much for me, although I always incorporate a few due to it's historical evidence.
