You could do a few basic manual stretches to pre-stretch, this will increase your initial length in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
 
I do a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap before putting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on. That lengthens my penis and fills my glands with blood so they are huge and won't slip thru the strap.
By the time I am done wrapping I have pulled, twisted, bent, and shaken my penis enough to count as a warm up too. You don't want to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap too tight, just enough to keep your dick stretched and your glans swollen with blood.

Warmups should be done but they do not need to be extreme, a simple light stretch in all directions will loosen up the ligaments and prepare you for max stretching.
 
okay wow thanks for the replies guys, thanks DLD..So apart from doing a small amount of manual stretching there isn't a need for a "warm cloth/towel warmup"? Currently i bought some self sticking bandage wrap and it seems to keep things pretty snug and slip free, like with anything practice seems to really pay off. Penis looks pretty irritated so far but im sure with time, i will create the ULTIMATE Penis EnlargementNIS CALLUS and will feel no pain haha. :)

For a warm up i like to do las stretch for 1/2 hour or so then i do basic manual stretches after those i strap in for as long as i can handle the discomfort.
During my rest period i will continue to las stretch until i strap in again.
The swelling you are asking about could be from the way you strap in or just apart of the process, is it possible you are stretching the skin? I find i stretch the skin there alot, i have some stretch marks in that area and it does get irritated, For me i think the irritation is a combination of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretching plus shaving there for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Shaving all the way down, for me, causes irritation. I try to keep it at 1/4" which works best for me. Also, those who experience irritation, itchiness an the like should use Hydrocortisone Cream, it does wonderful work with these ailments.
 
What do you think is more important, long duration 1+ hours and medium tension or short duration 1 hour and intense tension? I know with weight lifting more low weight reps give you a better workout but im not sure if that translates with this since the penis isn't a muscle. Thoughts?

Also i find that there is a correlation between people trying to stretch too far too soon and slippage. Currently im scaling back, i took the 2 smallest bars off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today bringing it back to stock, only been at this for 2 weeks..It seems that we should up the bars as we go, but at what frequency, every few months?
