Warm Up Before I Use The Size Genetics Or Not?

Hi Guys,

I've been on and off for years with penis enlargement as I have a fairy decent sized cock. But I'm looking to finally knuckle down and stay focused on a dedicated routine. Or Is It ok to simply whack It on at my hearts content for an hour at a time and simply play with my dick a little to regain blood circulation before re attaching? Yeah warm up so you're nice and stretchy. I like a heating pad best because it's clean and takes 2 minutes to turn on and use.

You can masturbate if you want before stretching, but it's not required haha. When you exhaust your pelvic floor muscles (from either kegeling a lot, or masturbating, etc.) the penis becomes much more resilient for stretching.

Personally, I warm up with a hot shower and heating pad for a few minutes then stretch. Then warm back down when I'm done. When I used to use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I would warm up, wear it for maybe 45 mins-1 hour, take it off, apply the electric heating pad for 2 minutes, then strap it back on. Great thing about the electric heating pad is you can leave it plugged in somewhere convenient for you and it takes but a second to turn the switch on and off.

I always warm up with one of those rice socks you can put in the microwave (or freezer), costs about $10 at Walgreens or something, takes a minute to heat up and it's the perfect size for wrapping both your dick and balls before a workout.
Playing around and massaging yourself is good for blood flow, but I don't think it's as good as the extra added heat to relax your tissue and viens.

Yeah heat is key, keeps everything loose and extra stretchy..i use a hot wet facecloth, being able to squeeze it deep into the tissues i think it works very well...i also at the moment do not have the privacy to use the microwave without someone asking me why the hell am i warming up a rice sock constantly lol..going to look into getting a head pad that seems convenient.
