You can actually get smaller sized condoms. And even though this may seem a big embarassin 2 ask 4 it wud probabally help.

What I'd say is. Everyday do 30 mins of constrictors.
You can do this with ur hand like me. Just get erect and squeeze the base and hold it. Keep kegelin as much blood as poss in2 ur penis. When it goes down get it erect again and keep goin until you've done about 30mins. You dont have to reset your timer everytime you down. At first it mite seem hard to get an erection towards the end of a session but it gets easier. Also push down on the head as if crushing it 2wards the base, while pushing up and squeeze really tight on the base. This may sound dangerous and maybe is. I've been doin this shit 4 a while though and I've made really good gains fast. So give it a go if ur dicks conditioned enough. Girth can be stubborn at first. For me, I did not see girth gains until maybe 3 months in and then it still was difficult. When I started doing the workout that is Phase 2 I started to gain consistently. Have patience, it will come.
 
I have been doing girth for the last 2 months. Girth gains usually don't come as newbie gains and takes more time. 3 months sounds right,( I hope, cuz thats were I'm headed) anyway,.... I also started off of samzman log/thread and hit girth like an hour twice daily. I remeber him saying girth really didn't stick for him for a few months and then it gradually started to cement. :cool:
 
I think I am having the same problem! I dunno wtf is wrong with me I go for sex but I don't feel anything and I can't really get off. Masturbating is fine but sex isn't there for me. It is probably all mental shit.
 
A) Its mostly in your head

B) Dont start measuring 4 weeks in. You probably won't have hardly any gains yet and seeing this just might discourage you from sticking to it. Wait at least another month.

C) I think you should cut back on the Jelqs depending on how much experience you have with Penis Enlargement. I would say 30 mins a night 6 nights a week mixed in with a lot of stretching (through out the day) and various exercises.

Although I don't recommend running from girl to girl without using condoms, if you stay with one girl ditch the condoms. BUT! Be careful you don't want a pregnancy. If you've yanked your tool enough you should know exactly when you will shoot you load. Be sure to pull out first. Also don't go bareback if you have alot of precum. I did it for years with three different women including my wife. Only when I shot in her did she get pregnant.

This may have something to do with your problem... masterbating too much will make you too accustomed to your hand which feels very different from pussy. I know that if i personally masterbate too much, i also have a hard time cumming from sex. Masterbating twice a days everyday is alot...
