No not really. I mean, you 'can' hang with it, but it's design is 99% for forskin pulling, and very little for actually lengthening. Most of the pull is on the SKIN and very little pull is placed on the internal structures. Plus, it's just not a very secure attachement for hanging. Now, other people who would profit from you buying one may tell you otherwise so beware!
Well, the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] isn't for FR, its for shaft lengthening, and it does pull on the skin, yes. I wouldn't use it for hanging, but if you want to, go for it. It'd be cheaper and probably safer, however, if you just purchased the supplies and made a Captn's Wench. Yea, but as you can clearly read on the product's site (tugger), even the creator of the product is not very optimistic of its abilities to actually lengthen the penis. 
I talked to the man directly, and he said that he doesn't want to make any rediculous claims about size gains, because 1) he doesn't focus on penis enlargement, he focuses on foreskin restoration and 2) the idea wasn't his, some of the Penis Enlargement'ers who use his [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] asked him to make an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], and that is the reason for this contraption. Supra believes full heartedly in it, and so do I. It is a very comfortable and convenient device, and after you figure out how to work it and put it on, the benefits are more than one. For instance, the cone that is put on top of the thing that you roll under the head, can be worn just by itself for the restoration of glans sensitivity. I recommend the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] more, however, because it is easier to use, and achieves more of its intention than the VTC. Good points though! (This wasn't meant as a diss, so please don't take it that way!)
I use the Ventless [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] as well and it's great as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]all day stretcher[/words]. By the end of the day, my ligs are burning. As said, it's easy and can be hidden well.

Well Supra's been hyping this thing for months now, so surely some of you guys have gains to report.
haha, true, true. I actually went out of town for a while, and came back to have it awaiting me, on Wednesday of last week. I'm getting really used to it and my ligs are feeling good and stretched at the end of the day, when I take it off, shower, and then just use the Your-Skin Restoration cone, for glans sensitivity restoration. (all this goddamn restoration, its confusing me!)
I just got one myself, I haven't quite gotten the hang of it though (pun intended :s )
I will say this, it is very comfortable. I like to use it after hanging to keep a light stretch on the ligs. However, it's not designed for hanging any weights. The straps that he sells are supposedly rated for a 3 pound stretch.
The only problem I have with it is I don't get enough skin on the cone and it ends up slipping out of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words], since I am very active at work this presents a problem for using it as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words].
But it's a neat little device, for what it costs it's good to have one around IMHO.

Read the instructions on how to put on the Cone, and you will solve your problem. I had a little trouble with that too, but the site clears that up, as well as maintenance and care for the cone, not the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]. He doesn't have jack shit on the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words], as a matter of fact...

Very true. I use the VTLC [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] and also do manual stretches and girth work. It's hard to say exactly where my length gains have come from, but I am pretty sure some can be attributed to the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]. I started at 5.8" and i am closing in on 6.75".
I also strengthened the straps so I can add more than 3 lbs of tension.
Good idea! I haven't used it with weights yet, and I plan to eventually. One thing that I keep noticing, the name of the product is called the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words], not the VTLC. Also, great post Levista! Its hard to determine what I can contribute to Penis Enlargement and what I can contribute to the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], and what I can contribute to other devices and shit that I use or have used for Penis Enlargement...

It does have a good effect on internal structures for me. I have lots of foreskin and have hung 16lb with my DIY [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words], at 16lb the skin on the shaft is still slack at this weight and visibly wrinkly. If you are cut it may well pull more on skin than structures though.
I will make no profits from saying this..

Yes, I have used one. I had a problem keeping it on and I have enough skin to pull over my glans when erect. It may work for some guys, and that's great. I still have yet to see anyone report length gains from using it as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] or "hanger" though.
I have a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and i'm with Still on this... when i use it i don't feel any real pull on ligs or shaft. My real issue with it is that i can't wear it for any longer than an hour before the pain becomes unbearable nor can i put any real weight on it. I'm cut so maybe my problem is that i don't have enough foreskin.
