Just curious how often you guys do tunica work. For girth, days off are recommended but for length usually everyone goes everyday. Both gains are made from the collagen deformation, so why not give length an extra day rest?

Working the girth, you're actually working tunica, tunica is responsible for girth growth.
As for length, it's better to be worked every day, and remember after 45 min. session of edging, go clean up mess you've made and start stretching, your penis is gonna be more pliable and therefore you'll get better and longer stretch.
 
Thats what i mean, tunica is responsible for length and girth (aside from ligs). So why give girth work rest days and length gets none.

Because erection quality can suffer from girth work, length work usually does not interfere with eq.
 
The man i wanted to see. If i can do simple math, EQ is a big part of gaining you're saying?
 
Well for girth work you need to have a good control over your eq to do the exercises. For length work it's actually commonly recommended to exhaust your pelvic floor through kegals or masturbation which also temporarily lowers your eq.

Girth work is about expansion from within, and length work is about stretching things out. Two very different animals. If you do intense girth work you can get thrombosis which will kill your dick until you recover. You basically want to do damage, but you don't want to go that far. Thus days for healing.

For most stretching it's just not called for. As you work your way up though you may find the intensity calls for it with length work also. Pretty much the difference between jelqs and supra slammers. You really don't need a break from a jelqing routine, but you definitely shouldn't do slammers every day. At least not to start.

For more intense work it's become common practice to use passive methods of pe that help you to heal expanded or elongated. I just came from another forum. I like what DLD is preaching and i can really grab a hold of the small details, like doing girth work before length to "soften" the tunica, makes perfect sense. Hell, ive even started to ejaculate before length, awesome stretches.

The question is just weird, i know what you guys are telling me. I would just think the tunica growth would happen the same way, doenst matter laterally or vertically its all the same collagen, right? I understand girth work requires EQ, but i think one could force a hard enough erection to do girth work everyday.

I think deforming the tunica by causing enough internal pressure to do so is more imposing on the cellular structure than a simple twist and tug. There are other factors with girth work as well. Such as thrombosis or serious nerve damage and loss of sensation which can be permanent.

That's only really with more intense girth work though. Unless you jelq with an absurdly tight grip at full speed. Length work is generally more forgiving. If you were to strain a ligament you are probably still fine for sex. Unless you're pulling with a pickup truck or hanging days off aren't really going to help with anything but skin burn.
