I am trying to come up with a good girth routine. I have been doing various Penis Enlargement for some time, and I seem to be stuck. I've tried sets of clamping for about 30 minutes total, and I get some engorgement in the clamp, but nothing that really lasts. I got some free time now, so I have no excuses not to get this done.

I think that part of my problem is that I don't have a solid routine. Sometimes I say, well I feel like clamping for 30 minutes today. I'm not sure if clamping alone is helping, or perhaps I am not doing it right.

Right now I am 7" NBPenis EnlargementL lengthwise, and that is fine. I am 6"+, about 6.2 or 6.3 around the base, 5.5 midshaft, and 5" around the head. I'd like to fill out the shaft and get 6+ all around. Another goal of mine has been to get some lower hanging balls...I hear good things about the DLD testicle health massage, but it doesn't really feel like I am doing anything down there. I am a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] member and looked at the video and it seems like I am doing it right, but it just feels like I am moving skin and not really stretching anything. Finally, I'd like to increase my overall erection strength and sexual health.

So, goals:
  • Over 6 inches all around
  • Lower hanging balls
  • Increased erection strength and overall health

Possible plan, advice and criticism requested:

Wake up, 8 AM.
10 minutes of jelqs at 90-100% hard
100 short kegels
1 minute kegel
1 minute reverse kegel

Eat breakfast, go to work, ect.

Go to gym for general workout, go to the sauna (perhaps better circulation for later girth work? What do you guys think?)

Get back home
20-25 minutes of clamping, stop when fluid buildup starts
100 short kegels
1 minute kegel, 1 minute reverse kegel

Before bed
Edging with [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FleshLight[/words] for as long as I can take it

...and I'm not really sure what to do about balls. Advice?

I am not a clamper so I can't advise on that but I can give you some ideas you may consider. Slow Squash Jelqs give me the best expansion and the girth gains come with swiftness. They are much more intense than any of the other girth exercises I have made and results are evident after the first solid session. If these are too much try regular jelqing but I would advise you do more than you are now as I think a hands on girth exercise is where people should spend most of their time training.

Lower hanging balls are easy to acquire using the DLD Testicle Health and Massage. Just watch the video to see the proper technique but in no time you balls will be hanging much lower.
 
I am pretty much in the same boat as you. I loved clamping because its easy, not near as messy as other methods, and it gets huge while clamped. I realized I seemed to over do it though.

Lately I've been trying....and its not easy (think I'm addicted)...to not clamp at all. Instead I just do lots of wet jelqs with about 4 - 30 second squeezes after each 100-200 jelqs. About 2-3 hours after the hang is great and things seems to stay thick longer and overall health is up. Just something to think about.
