I've combined many pumping routines into my own. You are almost 5 1/2 inches girth so what I would do is get 3 cylinders. Get a 2.5, 2.75, and a 3.0. Get a heating pad also. Preheat your 2.5 cylinder 15 minutes before use. Use your 2.5 cylinder for 30 minutes. Then go to your 2.75 for 30 minutes. On your 3.0 cylinder do high pressure 5 sets of 5 minutes and do 30 jelqs between each set. Wrapping a heating pad around your cylinder while pumping will cause increased tissue expansion. Then use your ADC that you discovered. IT WILL HOLD THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION.
