See here but your not holding weight on your trapezius\back\shoulders but gripping with both hands around your penis and getting your body weight behind the movement as you squat.
Its a very intense move and breaks boredom in your routine when just sitting and stretching, plus this will strengthen your legs and improve cardio if done long enough.

i start with one hand below the head pulling down really hard and when i do my squat i just stay low for about 10 seconds doing a really hard reverse kegal and slow hard jelqs
