The sit-up stretch

i didnt really know where to put my hands i just went with what felt confortable to be honest, and experimented with what felt the best.
 
Im going to give these a try tonight, because im a tunicae man. Ligs don't reply to me that good, and i HATE lig pops.

Im going to do manual tunica straight up, left, right, and with bundled.
Then im going to do this exercise, hopes it pays out well.

Red did you do much kegel exercises in your 2 years of Penis Enlargement?
 
These do sound so badass. I want to try them at the appropriate time. Right now, with a fat gut and my small flaccid dick, I think I'd rip the fucker clean off.
 
i was wondering am i suppose to be holding my penis i between my legs pulling it outward or holding it like against my stomach pulling upward? thanks
 
Oh yeah RED, I remember trying this from PP. I should've done it last night actually, it's a pretty intense stretch! Lay it on your stomach and you're laying flat (with knees bent). However, the grip is up to you. I like to grip with my left hand right below the head and my right hand below that one. It may help to use some dishwashing gloves or something if you're having trouble getting a good grip.
