BIB claimed that you should do one or two sets, however long it took to get a fatigue, with your maximum weight, and then once you hit fatigue you would switch to a much lower weight, like from 15 lbs to 5 lbs, which is MUCH easier to hang. He claimed that all you needed to do was "break in" the fatigue at the first set, and then hang in much lower weight for the next sets, as once you were fatigued it was pointless to keep hanging maximum weight.

As some of you may have read, I keep my penis extended 24/7, all the time, no exceptions. Technically, if you get a really good fatigue from hanging, and leave the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]/ANS on pretty much 24/7 (as in your case) you could probably get away with hanging once or twice per week...maybe more maybe less. Don't forget, manual stretches could be used instead of hanging heavy weights as well.

The only way to know for sure is to test it out. What have been your gains so far, 10inch?

As far as gains, I have made a solid .5" gain in the past 6 months of doing hanging, it's been about 4 months that I have been doing this routine. I'm seeing some really good flaccid gains it seems though, although it might be a farce as I never let my dick have enough time to get snuggled into a "natural" position as I always am stretching it.
 
I've been doing 1 3 hour set at 5 pounds for the last 4 days and I feel a little bit of fatigue toward the end of each session. I can't imagine how it would feel if I had 5 pounds of tension for 22-23 hours per day. I doubt I would ever have to go over 8 pounds or so to see very good gains with that amount of time. I'm using the Max Vac, BTW. I can sleep face down, but the stretch isn't as "free." You can definitely tell a difference. And yes, I might be stretching too much. I think I might be fatiguing too much to get good erections.

Yes, currently that is what I do.
