Dyablo, you can do this shit. You can make those gains you just need to find the right approach.
From where I sit, you seem fed up with Penis Enlargement, and it seems to be affecting your mood in general. I suggest that the first thing you do is to back completely off the Penis Enlargement for some time. Maybe a week maybe a month - only you will know when your ready to come back again. Let your dick heal, let your hands and forearms heal, but most importantly let your mind recover from this apparent defeat. Do some jogging or whatever clears your thoughts and releases your anger and stress. Just relax for some time..
Eventually, you will find the encouragement to start Penis Enlargement again, and this is where you must begin to look at a new routine since your current routine doesn't provide the results. I read the other thread you've started, and you say your in it for half an inch of length. My suggestions for stuff you could try:
- Cut back on the volume and go for quality instead of quantity - this goes for both the jelqs and the stretching. Do only stretches where you can drive MAX power into them. Downwards are good because you can use two hands, and I'll also recommend A-stretches (both bundled and unbundled) where you twist your wrist to increase tension. The keywords are power and precision. Buy chalk or baby powder so your grip is optimum and stretch where you're strongest and where it feels best. If you do so, you won't need that great a volume. I'd say that you could easily half your amount of jelqs (to 300) and also you could do with only 10-15 sets of stretching. Just needs to be quality stretching and jelqing! Push your hand into your fat pad when you jelq so you grap your dick at the BASE where you can really work the ligs.
- I see you're stretching sets of 25 secs - thumbs up this is a good thing. Use the last 5 seconds as an opportunity to really try and tear off your dick. Stretch like there was no tomorrow in the last 5 secs. Doesn't mean that you should slack for the first 20 secs, but you get the point I'm sure. Give 'em hell during the last 5 secs!
- Look into DLD blasters - powerful excercise!
- Look into erect stretching - wonderful but often overlooked excercise.
- Start experimenting with your workout schedule: I see you do your routine 5 days a week. Perhaps you're the type of guy who needs 7 days a week. Maybe you respond better to 6on/1off or 3on/1off? Try different stuff!
This is some of the stuff that has helped me during my Penis Enlargement carreer. It's based on a 'less is more' principle which seems likely to be the type of thing that you could use since your relatively high volume workouts hasn't made you gain.
