Use any or all of the stretches posted on this site as well as others you know and put in 110% during your stretch no matter what one is used. Work at length only as I believe along with others the thicker the girth is the more resistance to length. I only use Uli's for my girth work and that is once per week. I have added nearly 2" in length now and most of that in the last 2+ months. You will through the course of stretching gain some in girth due to the stress placed upon the tunica. Use the search button Key words Stretch, stretches, A good tunica exercise is bundled stretch and counter stretch. C- stretch, BTC stretch and straight down stretches to target ligs. Use stretch aid to prevent slippage, and use split routines morning and night minimum 20 minutes each session 7 days a week no rest days. If you have been on a plateau see DLD's shock routine to start things again.

Yes there is no "magical" stretch. Use the basics first but just make sure you are being intense and make sure you FEEL the stress in the penis. Is not just pulling it. You have to FEEL it. Intensity and consistency my friend is the key. Work with angles and use your own body as leverage; i.e Squat stretches, and other stretches where yo can create that folcrum. Yes I have been told that the newboe routine dld has in the newbie section is an ass kicker. Also I last commented in this back in 2003 when I was just wet behind the ears and now I'm much more experienced. Dld A blasters I can safely and honestly say are almost a gurantee for gains from the vast amount of success stories across many forums, plus newbies can use them quite well.
It's true. Find a length exercise that works "for you" and stick to it. I think a lot of guys will try an exercise half-assed for short time, don't see gains and give up. It takes time, dedication and effort to make this pop off.

Whatever you do, make sure to sneak some in during the day when you go to the bathroom. I think the added re-stretching halfway through your day will help your results.
The "Ruler Stretch", IMO. It should only be done sporadically though- because it's intense and also because you can't expect a dramatic difference from one day to the next.

DLD's blasters have worked great for me--also bundled ones. I also like my old standby: pulling straight out and then a hard downward stretch. I gained length fast with this one. You can do it every time you take a piss.
^^^yeah I always pull straight down. Easiest stretch IMO.
I used to put both hands into it while seated...but now I just stand up and lean my upper bodyweight into the stretch and it becomes pretty intense...less effort too
