hello and welcome to the real start of my journey !
By the start of this new year (2017), I'm gonna start my journey to get a bigger, healthier and stronger penis. my main goal by the end of this journey is to gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth (in full erect), and get more [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], all of that by the start of august 2017 (8 months goal).
My goal in this first month is not to gain anything, I just want to be persistent and keep doing the PE exercises for the hole month, it has to become part of my daily program, persistence is the key to anything.
what i NEED is a lenghthmaster device, I'm from Algeria and we cant buy thing online here, if anyone can buy it then sell it to me in person it gonna be a great help to me, i cant also give him an extra.
My routine for the next month gonna be the DLD's newbies routine adding to it a 5 min session of Slow Squash Jelq (please tell me if it's enought or too much).
I'm gonna post update weekly here and maybe some pictures to prove and motivate the new members.
The Routine :
i'm gonna start by either EDGiNG or having a shower as a warm up.
Lenght
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each 30-60 second.

Girth :
-----For First 2 weeks - 500 2 Second Jelqs
-----after 2 weeks - 700 2 Second Jelqs
-----Slow Squash jelqs : 5 Minute

-----100 quick Kegel squeezes
