1. You don't have to take it off, you can pee with it on, just remove the pump from the head attachment.

2. Attach the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words], then put on the stealth, then put your penis through the corckscrew, then tighten down the corkscrew.
 
The real test here is if you can actually extend with it ya feel? See what kind of tension it puts out, but I feel like it will just end up compressing itself so nah. If he isn't using a glans cap it shouldn't be that big of a problem.

On topic:

The coolest feature about this is the fact that it doesn't show as a weird device in your pants. In a pair of loose jeans this will just look like a majestic cock.
And i have always prefered weight over springs (must be an old weightlifter thing)

And for 30$ that is less than new sleeves for the PF as far as i know.
