Is that enough to see gains in a reasonable amount of time? I have a bibhanger but I don't really have the patience to get into hanging at the moment. Also have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], but it seemed to have stopped giving me gains so I quit using it (and i heard simultaneous girth + length work is counterintuitive as it's "easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a fat one")
