I'm seeing a lot of guys here sticking to a routine and coupling their [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] work with hanging or girth work. I'm sort of just strapping the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on when i wake up and gradually cranking the tension to max over 15-30 mins, then keeping it on all day (usually at least 7-8 hours) except when i have to shower, use the bathroom, or have sex.

Is that enough to see gains in a reasonable amount of time? I have a bibhanger but I don't really have the patience to get into hanging at the moment. Also have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], but it seemed to have stopped giving me gains so I quit using it (and i heard simultaneous girth + length work is counterintuitive as it's "easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a fat one")
 
Something I've noticed since i added another pair of bars... my flaccid hang goes back to ~4-4.25" rather quickly after i remove the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]... whereas before i added the bars, it would stay at 4.75-5" even overnight

Anyone understand why that is? Is stretching too far past your SFL somehow counterintuitive?

When you title from an intense workout you know you did a good job! When the penis wants to turtle it is because it is fatigued, worn out.

Ok, thanks for the tip DLD. I added another pair of the biggest bars after your advice and actually I don't turtle anymore, curiously enough. Either way, progress is progress!

One thing that's holding me back is the amount of pain during higher tensions.... the bottom of the plastic ring (the part of the device that's right up against your waist) digs into the scrotum skin and soon creates a raw, chafing, burning pain. Usually for the first 1-2.5 hours during a high tension session, this isn't an issue, but after that it becomes too painful to keep on. This is easily remedied by switching to low tension for a few hours (figure I might as well get some extended healing in) but it's still a problem because 1) when it becomes painful at high tension, I'm often not in a position where I can duck into a bathroom to change the bars (on the bus, in the middle of teaching a lesson, etc) and 2) it seriously limits the amount of time I can put under tension

I've tried using various materials to cushion it, but nothing really seems to work

Does anyone else have this problem?

What you will want to do to solve this issue is the Moleskin [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] Comfort Modification. This will make it so comfortable, even under intense extending.
 
Either you or templnite linked me to that a while back.... unfortunately, it's proven damn near impossible to find anything similar in Korea

Something I've noticed recently is this is a huge problem whenever I'm out and about.... but when I'm at home where I can go sans pantaloons, it's almost never an issue. I prefer to wear slim jeans and briefs, so maybe I need to wear looser clothes

Moleskin can be replaced by any soft leather. Lambskin is very soft and padded as is many animal skins. You must have a tannery in Korea, I would go there and see what they have to offer. If nothing else you could get it on eBay but I am not sure if they ship to Korea.

I saw that and I am overjoyed this has worked for you. I am also happy someone finally tried it! The thread is stupid old and very little replies, shame this happens. But, you have resurrected this thread and now men will see that it truly works.
 
It's been really helpful. I've found the main culprit for causing discomfort is tight jeans. Guess I'll just have to adjust my style

I'm not sure but i seem to have hit a plateau. I can leave the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on at a little over 15cm with few issues for a couple hours on end (my SFL is 14cm), but if I try to increase the tension to the 1st/bottom mark on the hexagonal rod, the penis, mainly the area in the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] cone, starts to get freezing cold and a blueish color. I noticed this morning that it looked like I was getting some kind of bruising on a part of the shaft where a big vein is, so I've stopped stretching this far.

Is all that just a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] that I was going over my limit and need to be more patient?

A bit more patience and a few other suggestions. Try doing Bundled Stretches before getting into you [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], this will help stretch the Tunica allowing for easier length gains (the very same applies to girth). You do want to always be adding tension to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but it will happen when your penis is ready. You always want to be about .5"-1" beyond you maximum erect size or .5" of your maximum flaccid stretched size.

.5"-1" past erection size sounds like an awful lot! i can barely hit .5" past max flaccid stretched size

I'll keep testing how far i can go but I have actually been progressing quite rapidly the past few months... so maybe i've run out of beginner's gains?

.5" past your normal erection length stretched while flaccid size is where you want to be. Does that make more sense?
 
Yes I understood, it just sounds like a lot... .5"-1" past max erect size while flaccid- for me- would be 6.5"-7" (my erect size is 5.9").... whereas .5" past max stretched flaccid (me: 5.5") is 6". Whenever I try to go further than 6" is when my dick starts getting very cold and/or slipping out of the cone
 
I bought a pair of jeans with the loosest cut i could find (slouched cut? never heard of it before but im in Korea) and that seems to have eased the pain

I seem to have an issue with the tension going down

I oiled the two rods that the hexagonal rods slide over because they were squeaking whenever I adjusted the tension... no more squeaking, but since the rods twist much more easily now, they seem to gradually slip back to 0 tension over time (ie when I'm at work or out and about)

Any suggestions for this?

Use a silicone based lubricant for now on. In the mean time get some rubbing alcohol and remove the lube you used. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] only needs this type of maintenance once every six months. I hope this helps.
 
So I've run into 2 strange issues... 1 with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], and the other with the silicone sleeve I wear at night. As a result of both, I've been forced to halt PE

SLEEVE: Ever since I started wearing it, the skin on my shaft has been getting increasingly dry... even when i apply moisturizer, it's still considerably dry after only several minutes. I'm sure this can't be good for the penis, and have stopped using the sleeve

SG: Several spots on the shaft have been rubbed raw, as if the top layer of skin was taken off. The same thing happened to the area of skin where the base ring is, especially on the scrotum (this is despite using a thick wool sock for padding). It has become quite painful and I've had to stop wearing it. It's possible this is due to the fact that my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] cone is a little too small, as lately I've had a lot of difficult in getting a seal that won't break due to a skin fold

I have no idea why either of these things are happening, and for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] problem it's only a theory
 
It sounds like the sleeve is causing the issues with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. I would stop using the sleeve and go with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and see if these clears the issue up. It is possible that the sleeve is changing the Ph balance of your skin, drying it out and effecting the skin in a negative way. Skip the sleeve for now. Where there are sores please apply Bacitracin until it heals. From that point use Hydrocortisone on your penis after your workouts to avoid future episodes.
 
Yep, you're right. The sleeve is what's drying out my skin. Guess I'll have to go back to using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] or sabe up for a PF

As for the sores though, it seems it was in fact due to my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] cone being too small... talked to the folks at the website and they sent me a larger one a few days ago... I've had a much easier time keeping a seal, and little to no pain since. And the sores are dissipating

I will get hydrocortisone, thank you for the tip.

Hydrocortisone in the over the counter strength of .1% is absolutely safe and effective to use daily, period. I have done this for more than 30 years and my skin is pristine!
 
Thanks for the detail. I didn't know there was anything insidious going on at Thunder's. The hydrocortisone seems to be working for a couple inflamed hair follicles. I'll keep using it. But what does it do?
 
I am using this new cream on my eyes that is supposed to help with discoloration. I have been using for about 2 weeks and the dark circles under my eyes has lightened considerably. I am wondering how it would work on the penis. I have no discoloration but I will apply to my penis tonight and see if it has any negative side effects and report back.

Thanks, I'll do that. Should I balance them out with reverse kegels? I heard if you don't, it can lead to pre-mature ejaculation issues. Part of the reason I haven't been doing my kegels is reverse-k's are such a pain in the ass

Reverse Kegels should be used when stretching, they do not need to be in the Kegel routine. Reverse Kegels can also be used in edging to prevent orgasm or to achieve multiple orgasms. If your penis is turtling you should start using the Testicle health Massage and Stretch, this will eliminate the shrinkage.

I had noticed my balls would also shrink as well. Now I wear my RoP only at night and my balls hang nice and low during the day, and my flaccid hang gain has returned

However, I see I'm getting some bad turkey neck.... anything i can do about it?

Never wear anything with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], it will only interfere with it's [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words].
