Stretching Beyond Fatigue...key to length gains when stretching.

i have mostly stretched to this point using DLD techniques..i have dabbled in hanging...what do u guys say about stretching till near exhaustion then hanging for a couple of sets to give it a mega workout....your inputs are appreciated...
 
Or you could just keep it manual rather than putting on the equipment for a couple sets of work. Tried my stretches?

This makes a lot of sense. Training till you hit fatigue is another good way to train especially for length gains.
