Hello guys, I really need some information and advice about how to get a stone hard erection.
Some times I just have problems keeping my erection and sometimes its not getting hard enough.
I dont want to do PE, I tried and my dick grew about 1 cm in 3 months but erection quality started getting bad.

First of all I was reading on a page about how penis becomes erected. In that process, nothing was mentioned
about a muscle which helps getting strong and hard erection, but everybody is talking about these muscles.
Musculus bulbospongiosus, Musculus Pubococcygeus, Musculus ischiocavernosus.

Now I got some questions:
1. Does training that muscle really help getting a hard erection? (Maybe you know it from a long time training experience and u are able to report)
2. How does that muscle help in terms of getting hard erection? Im wondering because its not mentioned on the page i ve written.

There are a few factors that effect harder erections. First there are Kegel exercises we do daily, these are in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Next you can practice ballooning and edging which also increases the erection stretch. What I believe to be very important is jelking just for the increase of erection level.
 
i think when you gain size the penis muscle should also gain or grow to have strenght to hold that size ......
 
I have only recently started PE and kegels but one thing I have noticed was that normal kegels didnt do much for me. I didnt see any change. However last week I started doing them while erect. And only a few days later I can notice my erections feeling harder and I get harder more easilly. I think this is the way to do them for me at least.

Also more importantly I think hard erections are mostly about arousal and not your muscles. After I quit adult entertainment and masturbation my erections are harder and more alive. The more aroused you get the harder you get so working on arousal is key I think.

I'm a newbie though so take everything I say lightly

Doing Kegel while erect would be better then normal because you are erect and that means the penis is heavier. You can also add more weight by draping a wet hand towel across your erection to add more weight while doing kegels.
 
Drink this: 400ml nut milk, 1-2 teaspoons of red maca or maca extreme, and a scoop of high quality protein powder. This worked for me. Kegeling also worked a little bit. Other advice i havent tried but heard from these people is to do girth work, and rest.

THIS IS EXACTLY what i figured today morning....i had a boner and the towel was on my dick and i did a kegel and felt the difference....lol

Yup, there are called Towel Raises...very hardcore way to train with Kegels.

DLD inspte of doing the kegel routine you have mentioned in routine can i do towel raises after girth session??? and how many should i do ???

Yes you can do them after girth. I would say do as many as you can as time allows or the erection lasts. 10 minutes of towel raises a day will be doing a great service to your Pelvic Floor muscles.

yes becuase i kinda am sick of kegels and get irritated of them doing it all day.......so i thought a very tough session for them at once would be better....
 
I find hanging and extending does wonders for my hardness. Too much girthwork and it kills my hard on.well except for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. After I hang and extend I then edge or have sex. Once I get closer to cumming my Cock expands more and it makes it feel like my penis is hard as a rock.

Doing them throughout the day will bring endurance while doing small, heavy sessions will build the strength of the muscle. I would do both if possible.
