damn by far. aint no comparison but if you a newbie, just use the basics like the jelq. no need to get advanced too quickly.

Penis is a muscle,and what do you do when you want to increase your biceps?
You catch a heavy weight and start doing some curls,so the flow of blood becomes bigger,then your biceps grow.This is called Hypertrophy.
So i think the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] its more effective because it brings more blood to the penis than the normal jelq.

Double Average > It's only a small part of the dick that is muscle. And the type of muscle that is in the dick is different from the skeletal muscle you are talking about. So your example with the biceps is a slightly unlucky comparison :)

But when that is said, you are right about the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] being to most effective. Personally i like to warm up with regular dry-jelqs and then jump to some intense [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'ing. I think it's a good mixture of lighter repetitious work and 'heavy' intense work. :)
 
These are two different things. The Jelq is for girth, but is primarily used for penile health and improved circulation, and can also be used for restorative purposes after a session. It is the CORNERSTONE of any Penis Enlargement program beginning or otherwise beacuse it's the first exercise you start with and one that you will always need and use.

It has a similar affect as it does cause increased blood flow, but the focus is not on blood flow but expansion of the CC and CS. The exercise itself doesn't really resemble a jelq at all but more of a uli squeeze with compression placed on the head. If you're really looking for an all around girth program use jelqs for a warm-up for 200-400 repetitions and then move into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 5-10 reps for 1-2 minutes holds and see where you end up.

This really looks like a good workout for girth,but how about lenght?
What would be the best exercises for lenght without hanging weights or using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] devices??
 
I know this sounds egotistical, as I developed the exercise, but it is not....The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] is BY FAR, the best girth exercise ever. I get expansion, at times, beyond a half inch. I love jelqing and I do believe it to be the cornerstone of Penis Enlargement on every level, but when ready, every Penis Enlargement'er should adopt the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] as their primary girth exercise.
 
DA, for length you should go with a manual routine that focuses on several different angles. The basic stretches will give solid results, and the only technique to it is to pull hard. Girth exercises are just that, girth exercises. You may get some, not much, tunica expansion in length but remember with girth lateral expansion is what's important.

DLD, I'm not really sure if everyone should adopt it but it's a solid exercise. I can't deny that it helped me, but as with all things we have to have variety. As of now pumping and clamping are the ticket, but the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], Ulis, dash wrap, and others are always in the wings if need be. I don't think anyone should ever limit themselves in exercise choice or variation of a program, and I know you feel the same way.
