The most common side effects when using tadalafil are headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects reflect the ability of PDE5 inhibition to vasodilate (cause blood vessels to widen) and usually go away after a few hours. Back pain and muscle aches can occur 12 to 24 hours after taking the drug, and the symptom usually disappears after 48 hours.

In May 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found that tadalafil (along with other PDE5 inhibitors) was associated with vision impairment related to NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy) in certain patients taking these drugs in the post-marketing (outside of clinical trials) setting. Most, but not all, of these patients had underlying anatomic or vascular risk factors for development of NAION unrelated to PDE5 use, including: low cup to disc ratio (“crowded disc”), age over 50, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia and smoking. Given the small number of NAION events with PDE5 use (less than 1 in 1 million), the large number of users of PDE5 inhibitors (millions) and the fact that this event occurs in a similar population to those who do not take these medicines, the FDA concluded that they were not able to draw a cause and effect relationship, given these patients underlying vascular risk factors or anatomical defects. However, the label of all three PDE5 inhibitors was changed to alert clinicians to a possible association.

In October 2007, the FDA announced that the labeling for all PDE5 inhibitors, including tadalafil, requires a more prominent warning of the potential risk of sudden hearing loss as the result of postmarketing reports of deafness associated with use of PDE5 inhibitors.[3]


I am wondering if I should try this out. I am fine the first go around, but I seldom ever go again after the first time and don't have that much desire. I'm just not as horny after I get some and really am not horny for another couple days. However, even if I do want to go a second time its not real easy to get aroused.

Hey everyone whats up, im new to the forums and fairly new to community of Penis Enlargement .. I recieved a tracking number and all that good stuff , my order came from India inroute to Alabama and was here in 9 days.

I was so skeptical about this and what the quality would be ,I was like "how could this one be so cheap when at a pharmacy 1 pill is 15$ for the brandname" ... 2 weeks ago I had a 50MG brandname viagra I cut in half and used rougly 25mg at one session it worked pretty well of course ..So this week i took the XLpharmacy pill and cut it into 4 sections one section being a little larger than the rest (may have been 28mg), I took the larger just to make sure because I had no idea if this stuff was very potent or even going to work at all...and before I knew it, holy crap .. this stuff worked better than anytime I had ever tried a regular brand pill I thought i was gonna be on of those people who had the erection lasting over 4 hours lol..and on my2nd dosage different day,I took an even smaller piece because the stuff is so potent and it still was better than the 50MG brandname cut in half.... So I hope this review helped someone out and I am in no way affiliated with this company, im just a country boy trying to get laid and do some Penis Enlargement ;)

This may be a stupid question but I was wondering is that completely legal to sell generic viagra? I mean is there any change to get in any kind of trouble by ordering them? I know the site has existed for quite a while and there`s propably no problems but still I wanna ask..
 
Just a word about the blue pill. I have a friend who is about 10 years younger than I (30) and for a special occasion he borrowed one of his old man's pills. He was warned to cut the pill into quarters or thirds as you will end up in the E-room if your erection stays longer than 4 hours, however my buddy took what he termed the smallest amount the pill and ended up working his old lady all night to the point she begged him to stop, (this was never a problem before) (She will always remember "that" night I am sure".. I think they just had an "average" sex life as it was, married for a while....... anyway His remark to me was that it was an awesome performance enhancer no b.s. and really impressed the heck out of him and to save the stuff (should I get some) for those special times, anniversary's birthdays etc. He did suggest that had he taken the whole pill he would have been an emergency room case so dose wisely. Apparently the effects were more than a one shot deal....The old man is in his late 60's and from the other old timers ages 60 to 85 I have questioned, they mention that the pill has "saved their sex lives" by turning back the clock 30 years or more. The big question is does it really work on women ? I think some say it does and some says it does not depending on the author...., now if I could only supercharge the old lady from time to time.......

I was wondering what the difference is between viagra, cialis and levitra? What do you guys take and why? I'm 45 and my wife and I are recently separated and my EQ is definitely not where I want it to be. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for a while now and have taken breaks to see if the Penis Enlargement was causing it but it didn't seem to make a difference. I'm thinking I may want to try this stuff to see if it will help me keep semi erect for longer period of time to help with my Jelqing sessions. I can bone up but it quickly dies down if I don't keep working it. It's really weird. Thanks in advance.

I have tried them all and I LOVE the generic VIAGRA...it is fast and very effective. For the price it is so worth it.

50 or 100mg tablets? I read somewhere in here that you cut them up smaller.

You can just bite a half off. You are going to be blown away but the intensity of their generics THEY ARE SO POTENT! I take a bite and I am on hard for 6 hours, I cum and I am right back up...CRAZY. I have used the genuine Viagra and it is no where close as intense.
