Hello guys, this is my new progress thread. Just a little background about mex:

I'm 20 years old and I've been interested in making my penis huge since I was 16. Like most teens been watching adult entertainment for years and didn't really care about the size of my penis, as I wasn't sexually active till 16. Then I got all worried that I wouldn't measure up in bed blahh like a lot of guys I guess.

Unfortunately my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] broke :( and with moving house and getting a new Job Penis Enlargement was left on the back burner. But I'm back and ready to continue my journey.

Anyway enough waffle here are my starting statistics:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.0 inches
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.2 inches
MEG: 5.5 inches
BEG:- 6.25 inches

So I think I was below average in length but had pretty good starting girth.

Here are my length measurements today (measured tonight)

NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.75 inches
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.7 inches

These measurements are accurate to within 0.1 inches (I measured like 20 times to make sure) I could't find a measuring tape so could not measure girth accurately.

So fortunately I've managed to retain all my gains from my old Penis Enlargement days. I think that is probably due to the fact that I still edge everyday and use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] several times a week.

I do think I have gained a bit of girth to but we shall see tomorrow.

To begin with I'm going to be following DLD's phase 1 programme (newbie routine) for 2-3 weeks to get some foundation work.

I will be starting tomorrow after my girth measurements and will probably post everyday as this helps to keep me motivated.

I've also been dieting this last month I started at 224lbs and I'm currently down to 210lbs so some nice progress there to!

Dude, you've almost put on an inch in your EL. With the weight loss, plus the Penis Enlargement you'll probably see a drastic increase in that measurement pretty soon. As a point of reference, I'm between 12-15% body fat and the difference in my EL and BPenis EnlargementL is about .3 or .4 inches. As for being insubstantial... shit, you've already got good girth for what I would say could fit up to 7.75 BPenis EnlargementL. Any longer with that girth and it would start to look skinny (kind of what's been happening to me). At 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL girls will definately consider you to have a big dick.

I'm looking to get really skinny say 7-8% bf and then start slapping on the muscle. For my girth I will probably start That, like you say at 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL. I think I'm slightly bigger than that now because of all my thick veins so probably nearer 5.6-5.7 MEG but will measure tonight.

It's what I do!

If want to put on muscle you should start weight lifting now before you drop your body fat down to 7-8%. Since you're doing a low carb diet you're in a ketabolic state (meaning you run on saturated fats and energy stored in your fat cells). So until you reach your body fat goal you won't even have to manage your carb/caloric intake... just protein. Also, as to the 7-8% body fat, I don't want to be a downer but at that weight, unless you're the one genetic freak who has a walking body fat that is that low, you won't be able to gain muscle. Everyone has a functioning/walking body fat that is genetically pre-determined that you cannot change. At that weight your strength, capacity for muscle gain, and overall health will be maximized. For example, I could drop my fat lower and get down to 7% eventually but my max dead lift would go from 405lbs to like... 350lbs and if you're weak from low body fat you cannot effectively weight train. In the same way, if you do not have control over your insulin levels, carrying too much fat can effect your ability to put on muscle and you can actually experience atrophy.

0_o ummm I was just going to cut till I'm skinny then do a clean heavy bulk and lift heavy? Well at the moment I'm just focused on losing some fat - when I get low enough I will bulk and lift heavier. :)
 
Good plan. I just wanted to point out that you can still put on muscle while you loose fat. What lifting routine do you plan on doing or do you have one specifically tailored for yourself?

Well I'm only "toning" I suppose so I don't go all soft when lose fat. Everytime I walk in and out of my lounge I do 20 pushups - bedroom 20 sit-ups and bathroom - 10 hammer curls lol yes I have weights in my bathroom. So more endurance stuff than growth stuff. I used to workout and have my old routine lying around somewhere.
 
Day 1: Once More Unto The Breach Dear Friends...

Back into the swing of things today aa Penis Enlargement becomes a daily part of life once more. Light wrap: All night
Kegals: 1000+

I think I'm going to add a rice sock In after I masterbate or I may just buy a heating pad. I'm also going to add some hardcore stretches in tonight. Lightly at first to get used to it again.

Dude, ever since I saw it I was like: MUST HAVE. I tried to find one but read that they were still being produced. Are they available again? Where? How? When?
 
Inspiring, man. I got back into a daily Penis Enlargement routine a few months ago (a 20-40 min manual stretch+ jelqing routine) and I've seen huge gains thus far. Seeing someone else go through the daily Penis Enlargement work and take the time and effort to write up a daily blog about it is AWESOME. Keep it up! You may just inspire me to start up a blog thread.
