You will find them in the plumbing section, they will come in various sizes so you will definitely find one that fits and as you grow you will have bigger sizes to choose from and this is all for a whopping 10¢ a piece!

See I did wonder if you could do that the 1.75" fits well but afterwards I'd need a much larger one to get passed my mushroom!

Going to still buy sized silicone ones as the hardware ones are thin and pretty inflexible.

You're right but when you do get the bigger size put it on beforehand either way, just make sure it's not too tight when you're pumping with it on
 
Cock rings are very inexpensive so to get something that is really good you would spend no more than $10.
