Ok apologies about the delay I was buying a pump I could use out with the shower and then had to modify it as it wouldn't hold pressure well.

I haven't been doing as much volume as 5x5 x3 only because its a lot of time.

I was doing -

Then penismaster for 1hr x5 everyday.


In the last wk I hurt something(possibly tissue or maybe a nerve) on the part where my mushroom meets my shaft wearing my penismater so I've done no stretching for a wk. Will prob bring it back this wk.

Im now pumping -

5min x6 everyday and will build it up to the full 15sets.

If your penis goes cold with the cock ring then the cock ring is not doing its job. Put it back where it was doing fine.
