After taking at least two weeks off from PE I got thought urge to continue where I left off. I guess what really made me jealous was seeing other guys with bigger dicks than myself. After all I just want a healthier and bigger dick.

My routine consists of 30 minutes of stretches and jelqs. after my routine my dick is usually beat and I mean internal soreness sets in. I noticed my dick recovers through the night and my dick feels a whole lot better the next day. Others say less is better others say more is better.

Should I continue with my routine or change it up? I prefer manual exercises incase if anyone wants to know.

If that's what you've been doing only then I suggest increasing the intensity by adding more time to your stretches than what you previously done or more repetitions. You can also just add more exercises. I don't know what 30 minutes of stretching is to you because that's way too general. I don't know what stretching exercises you're performing. If you don't already do mandingo stretch, erect stretch, and bundle stretch please do them now
 
I hope you are using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to wrap your penis to stay elongated after your session?
 
I usually do 30 minutes of basic stretches. My basic stretches are done straight out, down, up and side to side. I will add edging to my routine to see how things go. I am really concerned about making gains like what if I don't make any and what if I am doing too much work (overtraining)?

You want gains? step up your game, your routine it's ok.
But very light, don't worry on overtraining, not gonna happen.

Let's say you do 3 sets of 30 secs each stretch, but overnight you wanna do 6 sets of 2mins each stretch (I would call that overtraining)


And yes I'm glad you noticed overnight your dick works on your future gains!
That's when all that damage and fatigued tissue heals itself up! Sleep and rest like a baby bro! ;)

Add bundle stretching, mandingo stretch, erect stretch, mid shaft or inner penis stretching, A-stretch, DLD size blasters...
At this point you're not over training. I recommend bumping your basic stretching time by 30 seconds each direction. (trust me)

There are many ways to increase the inanity or even change the workout. I would spend some time in the manual portion of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] to see the healing and gaining methods and also exercise time and position. Always keeping in mind that tool exercise can be changed for manual exercise.

You change your routine to make sure your body doesn't adapt to it.
 
Exactly 💯 when you slow in growth you need to add intensity or/and add exercise

Thanks DLD, but I’ve been out of the game for sometime. I recently ordered the Mityvac again and planing on hanging weights using the length master in split routine.

If you could help me, I’ll be much appreciated. I ordered the mityvac week ago and it still hasn’t arrived and I contacted the shop and no answer I placed a order for one day delivery and nothing.

I’m looking forward to getting back in the game again :)
