I wake up, make breakfast, and do Penis Enlargement all motherfucking day =D


Should I add any new exercise for my routine?

Right now im doing 5hours in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] (1hour or 1.5hour, sets), and stretches in between when i take off the device.

and after [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 9x5 (5 pump, and 2 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and 2 jelq for 5minutes each).

and sometimes I do 1000 or 3000 kegels, man! reverse kegels are dangerous (in a poo matter)..


What you guys think should I add any?, I think I gained I haven't measured yet, but the base of my penis looks fatter, awesome!

Let them big motherfucking gains come, Yeeehaaaa!

You are a madman! You are already doing so much, I think anymore and you might pop your penis:) Looking at the routine you posted I would say the missing component would be Kegel work to increase erection strength.

Do 500 an hour! Thats what I used to do:) and then on top of it I would also do the Kegel Routine at night! To me, Kegels were the hidden secret of my faster gains than those of the early days of Penis Enlargement. That and the exercise listed below by Neognostic.

Make it an obsessive game:) Thats what I do. I will be thinking on something, doing something, or the like and think to myself, lemme get in 500 before I get this done...The more the better. We are in no way training for size here, we are training for endurance but it is through the endurance and the further ability to hold more blood will the penis become larger. Many men skip Kegels because they can not see the growth or a temporary gain or the like, so they skip them. This can be tragic in the sense that they may enlarge and end up with week erections because their pelvic muscle system is not strong enough to hold the needed blood.
