Should I add any new exercise for my routine?
Right now im doing 5hours in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] (1hour or 1.5hour, sets), and stretches in between when i take off the device.
and after [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 9x5 (5 pump, and 2 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and 2 jelq for 5minutes each).
and sometimes I do 1000 or 3000 kegels, man! reverse kegels are dangerous (in a poo matter)..
What you guys think should I add any?, I think I gained I haven't measured yet, but the base of my penis looks fatter, awesome!
