I will keep this short and simple. If your reading this you have great girth size and this is advice for all who struggle with girth as myself. here a few quick questions.

1)How long did it take before gains started to come?

2)What are your favorite exercises?

3)How long are your sessions?

4)When you make gains are you doing only girth work or length as well?

Any other thing that relates to girth I forget to ask please tell me about?

I needed a more intense exercise than the Jelq. When I started to do DLD Bends and Girth Busters my girth started to expand rather quickly. Once I started Slow Squash Jelqs it was a wrap.
 
DLD, thanks for the help. You say you trained girth and length together. Did you train girth daily or girth every other and length daily?
 
And whats your view on me trying to do sessions up to 3-4 hours for girth? I want to set aside 4-6 weeks to experiment with session this long to test of I can gain from this. If I were to go this long each session for girth what is your view on rest days?
 
I gained girth slowly just doing Jelqs and the Ferrari Trio

I think 3 to 4 hours is a bit crazy. I don't think you need to overwork your unit to gain, in fact I believe it will have the opposite effect.

1.5 to 2 hrs should be more than enough. I did both length and girth but not at the same time, I had my routines separated.

DLD has stated that the key to good girth gains is getting your unit pumped up beyond it's normal size and over time you will have gains.

Also girth takes a while to gain and it takes persistence, patience and consistancy to see results. It took me 2.5 yrs to gain 1/2 inch in mid girth.

If you do the 3-4 hour session of total maximum engorgement like I outlined in the priapism experiment located in the clamping section than 2 days rest afterwards would be what I would do.

You dont need that length of time but I do have the thread up for experimentation to induce a controlled priapism and to be honest I dont think your experienced enough to carry it out.
 
no more than a very intense 30-40 mins for me twice or 3 times a day. I couldnt handle 1-2 hours coz after 20 mins im sweating and my arms and chubby feel raw.

I believe rest days are critical. Overworking your unit will inhibit gains.

damn i just checked out the girth busters, how can you do so many of those? that was a lot of sets. and aren't the bends really uncomfortable? i guess i'm gonna add those as well as the isolation whatchamacallits to my girth routine
 
One thing Im scared of is TOO much rest. I want to take rest days now cause I wasnt gaining before. But if I do 1on/2off or something like that I get the felling that my body might be being stress enough for growth to occur. Can someone help me on this?
 
Well that sounds like a Psychological battle you have as its in your head. The body WILL grow and adapt to the stress, because it HAS TO DO IT. However you can still gain on a heavier workload so if you prefer that than go for it because it will work. I feel that the shorter more intense stuff I discuss is better but it isnt the only stuff that will work.
 
Ive been talking and experimenting and it seems like 2 workouts a day give amazing results. The only thing is setting aside time for that now :(
 
I see guys like guys like vasoline knight do as much as possible and not gain. Than switch to 1on/2off and gain. Im a Penis Enlargement addict doing the what he use to do but Im not getting any gains. Should switch to doing this?(1on/2off)

If you have gotten gains like this explain it a tad more to me so I can understand it more?

I know for damn sure thats the case with length. I know you talkin bout girth, which is something that I been stuck on for a while. I gained previously, but really got to the point where girth is at a wall and it time for me to break thru to get big gains to like over 6" girth. Im expermenting with a lot of the marathon girth shit in "e's clamping experiment".

It's a fact that most Penis Enlargement experiment routines usually don't last long enough. Im really looking to document the shit what Im doing and see if thats a good way to gain big girth.
 
last nights session

Suffered from bad EQ before session.I couldnt clamp edge and thought i was going to have a bad session. So I thought I would give this a shot. I would get 40-75% erect and bend all ways besides toward my curve(i hate that damn curve!). I would also doing non-stop kegels and this help intensify the bends. I did at least 30 minutes.

Than after that what do you know I tried to clamp edge and my cock was hard as a brick and It felt like my cock was throbbing as if it was trying to get thicker DURING my session. I will keep these in my sessions and hope for future girth gains.

Girth has always come easily for me. When I started, 3 months into doing dry jelqs and some wet jelqs, I gained a good 1/2 inch in girth.
 
I used to workout daily when I started, doing length and girth everyday. I did make gains but my dick was always sore as hell. I took some time off but I have been back at it for about 7 weeks now. I do my girth sessions on MWF and my length sessions on TThSat, taking Sundays off completely. So far it has worked out great. I have gained a quarter inch in bpel and about 2/16" in eg. My goal is to try and gain 1/16" per month and so far I have done just that. For me, the split and rest day is critical. And my flaccid hang is great too!
