1) early morning workout... warm up for 20-30 mins. with hand stretching... modified some grips to suffice my flaccid... I prefer a top grip with thumb underneath.. start with pull downs over the thumb 50 sec reps... then side to side with 50 sec each then do a twist and knuckle pelvis stretch for 50.
2) After warm up I put on my stretcher for 3 hrs.
3)1/2 hr break....

5) put on ROP (Zinger II) for 4hrs for healing process.
6) meat feels fresh... so back to Stetcher for 3 hrs

8) back to the ROP for some sleep.
6 and 7 sometimes switch in order... it depends on schedule and how i feel. Sundays I will rest... and report. I will upload pics today to show my current size and how I wear my stretcher... I can wear it under clothes so it easy to wear for three hrs... however its 7" long so i need to wear very loose clothing to give it room and during this time it is not uncommon for me to reset the stretcher every hr... I like to get new blood in to the Glands to keep my Mushroom look and inspire growth in the glands also... and I think it helps becoz of the design I use. Uploading pics Soon.
