bout 9.5 maybe 6 around. the only device i tried years ago was a pump, but back then i didnt know what i was doing so i ended up throwing it out.

Yea ive tried other routines, but none of them yeild result quite like the masturbation stretch. If id never ur videos id ve never been motivated to try PE

Erect stretches are what we recommend as an exercise to get BPEL measurement to BPFSL measurement. I see you mainly doing erect stretches worked better for you than normal stretches.

You stretch your penis in an erect state as opposed to flaccid.
It's great to convert BPFSL to BPEL and might give you more a temporary gain
