I was not happy w/my BPFLS measurement, after several attempts, pressing the ruler as hard as possible and stretching my unit equally hard, the gain was 1/16". Disappointed, I was going to forego my EBP measurement for another 30 days, and went through the day rethinking my strategy, routine etc. Tonite after my hanging session, did my milking ala Bib, but kept getting fully hard and grabbed the ruler. The bottom line was an increase from 6.75 BP to 6.875", an 1/8", which is more than my flaccid gain for the month.

I've never experienced this before and can only attribute this to having reread Bib's posts, in which he described post session milking to restore full circulation. For the past month, I've concluded my sessions with about 500, 1-second jelqs, ranging between 50-80% erect. This week I also started applying DLD's erect stretches to my morning wood. Maybe 5 minutes worth per session.

I would say Jelqing at the end of a hanging session is important. I know when I had my gains hanging, it was with Jelqing at the end.

Keep at it, you learn something every day.

That's similar to what I do:

I warm up with a heating pad and damp sponge for about 15 minutes, hang for 20,
get a full hard-on and do a 1-min. erect stretch,
hang for 20,
get a full hard-on and do a 1-min. erect stretch,
hang for 20,
get a full hard-on and do a 1-min erect stretch.

I'm going to start doing a 5-minute jelq session at the end of each hour's worth of hanging, per your post. Sounds like it could only help.
 
Thanks for the feedback guys. If I was assured a.m. erect stretches and post hang session jelquing would close the gap between flaccid stretch (7 13/16") and EBP length (6 7/8"), and more importantly to me, increasing my non-bone pressed erect length of 5.75", I'd be in hanging maintenance mode right now, or rather, I'd be moving on to the Uli routine.

I'd appreciate any input from guys that "closed the gap" between stretched and erect length.

I think the same and i would go further and say that you will not gain from hanging and stretching(for sure when you are working on tunica) without an increased blood flow.
If you do not have more blood, you can not increase the size of the penis.

@Bib, what is your opinion about this?
Do you think that for example viagra or other supplements which are increasing blood flow can replace jelqing after a hanging session?
 
the more I think and read about jelqing, I now realize it is the best exercise for the penis. You just can't go wrong with improved circulation. I think it's a huge compliment to hanging.

Even at my advanced age, I have never taken viagra, so no experience. I believe light jelqing alone will provide all the circulation needed for most guys.

You are correct that the larger erections do require advanced circulation.

Many guys, including myself, report gains only with the work of increasing circulation, kegals, jelqing, etc. I had periods of weakened erections, simply because I could not fill the larger spaces provided by hanging and/or Extreme Ulis.

Im asking because i heard when you do the jelqs slow, it is better for girth.
