....measurement day. Yesterday was my 120th day of hanging. I was not happy w/my BPFLS measurement, after several attempts, pressing the ruler as hard as possible and stretching my unit equally hard, the gain was 1/16". Disappointed, I was going to forego my EBP measurement for another 30 days, and went through the day rethinking my strategy, routine etc. Tonite after my hanging session, did my milking ala Bib, but kept getting fully hard and grabbed the ruler. The bottom line was an increase from 6.75 BP to 6.875", an 1/8", which is more than my flaccid gain for the month.
I've never experienced this before and can only attribute this to having reread Bib's posts, in which he described post session milking to restore full circulation. For the past month, I've concluded my sessions with about 500, 1-second jelqs, ranging between 50-80% erect. This week I also started applying DLD's erect stretches to my morning wood. Maybe 5 minutes worth per session.
