I am of adequate size, but my current long-term girlfriend is a bit loose. Kind of a genital mismatch. I make up for it with technique, but would still like to be able to fill her up. I'm thinking about something like 20 minutes of wet jelqing in the morning shower and a few hundred dry jelqs in the afternoon. Would that be enough to gain, say, 3cm in 6 months? Or would that substantial of a gain take a lot longer? Or is jelqing alone not enough? I'm 12cm in girth right now if that makes any difference, a little bit to the left on the bell curve.

Also, do I really need to stretch if I'm not trying to gain any length? I'm around 17cm and like to go crazy in bed, is there any physiological advantage to a tool longer than 7 inches?

First question. I have gained about 1/4" in a few months time. To me 1/4" is a huge visible change in how it looks.

I would really like to aim for upwards of 6" so that I can give my gal a little stretch. Right now I'm a good fit but she's a tiny bit loose. I am figuring on another year of Penis Enlargement before I reash my goal.

As to the length issue. I noticed right away when I gained about 1/2" that it just felt different for me. If you can get over 7" I think it's worth aiming for. Having a long one doesn't mean you have to put it all the way in. It sort of gives you more ability all around.

>>it just like everything else evryone is different. i think that is a start. to really make gorth gains there are many exersises like squash jelqs, horses queezes, and my fave clamping. i made great girth gains from clamping but im a fast girth gainer i want length.

honestly if your happy and she is then leave it alone cause it will jsut add heart ache. plus you can do more girth work with your time.

The jelqing wouldn't be for your girlfriend. If you asked her "gee, want me to do housework, or jelq to increase the size of my already satisfactory dick" I guarantee you she would say housework. Heck, if the decision was between eating her out or jelqing you STILL wouldn't be jelqing

If you have time for it than go for it. I get up a little earlier in the morning to do my work so it no longer takes time away (I just waste my time in these forums now :)

I too am a girth gainer it would seem as I've already gained over 1/2 inch in 6 months but just start easy and see where it goes. If you start having issues staying erect, you're over doing it. Clamping is great but you have to take it slow.

Girth is much like length when it comes to how quickly you will gain. SOme guys make tremendous length gains but their girth drags while others make brilliant girth gains but struggle with length. I was someone who could make all the length gains I wanted but girth was difficult. It took a much more intense exercise than jelqing to get me gaining. At this point, IMO, Slow Squash Jelqs are the answer for anyone dragging in girth. At the time I was gaining girth the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s were not created yet so I did Girth Busters and DLD Bends which really got me gaining. I also found that seperate length and girth sessions allowed me to put full concentration into my girth work. For me, doing length and girth at the same time was to much for my head to stay focused. Doing length in the AM and girth in the PM allowed me to put full concentration on both.
