In a span of a few day i have managed to get my girth up by 0.5 inches and DRY jelqs are the best option for it.

With regards to stretching i am facing a LOT of problems, where ever u read about P.E they emphasize in details about jelqing but about stretching its just pulling ur pee pee.

Would someone be kind enough to spare some time and answer some questions.

1) How often should stretching be done to get ULTIMATE results, i am quite aware that it is important to keep the penis in deformed shape in order to maximize but how often should one stretching during the day, e.g i jelq just 3x a week for 30 minutes coz Girth workouts mite need a bit more recovery time.

2) have anyone of u opted for alternative stretching ways, Other than captain cruch (sp?) bibs home made [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] etc.

3) As per the picture attached what is the BEST WAY TO HOLD A GRIP in order to maximize stretch.
1. Pulling the glans ?? (not the best grip achieved but ends up with a bruised head)
2, Just below the glans ?? Yet again possible glan injury
3. everytime i pull at this area the pink skin (i dont know that they call just pulls upwards and i get to feel nothing.
4. I am cut but my foreskin reaches to that level and when i am stretching like that i get this INTENSE PULL at the sides of my penis and when i follow grips 1,2,3 i get pulls on the base.

I desperately need ur help as i just want to gain 2 inches in length in about 4 years time.

Oh yeah .. DLD BLASTERS ROCK !! and the BUNDLED as well.
How often is it necessary to keep the penis warmed up thruout the routine. (eg. Intially warm up is done to make the penis all relaxed and ready for battle but after a few stretches or two it aint the same, so is it necessary to warm up between sets ?? if so what are the methods y'all use ??
has anybody tried chalk powder for grip purposes and experienced any skin troubles ??

good diagram i agree with u when u pull under the head i get alot of injuries i.e cuts or swelling so i pull just above the glans. i also need 2 inches so if anyone could suply some advice it would be much appreciated.
 
chalk powder works fine, you mean gym chalk, right? it works a lot better than baby powder. unless your skin is conditioned....then you might experience some ripping of the skin right by the corona of the head, or the ridge. just take it easy when you stretch, if you notice your skin getting irritated, stop. next is rippage.

i am currently using a heat lamp, and that helps inbetween stretching.

keep in mind, sometimes you may have to do some yoga, between the crotch type shit stretches to change it up.

i, personally, do not use hangers. I do 20 - 30 second stretch holds. you'll need to condition your fingers for this, and find ways to prolong the tension without using too much of your shoulders, that is, if you are using upward stretches primarily, which is what I suggest, side stretches being second. downward are good, but I only use between the crotch for that. after the stretch holds, i'll do a few hard 1 second stretches. works for me. i am noticing a different look after that routine.

i'll do it every other day, sometimes every 2 days, sometimes every day, but never every day for too long.

borage oil and vitamins are a must. i notice a lot of difference with those supplements.
 
I grip it near # 3 or # 4, even lower sometimes when I'm focused just on the lig stretch.

I stay away from the glans and below the glans, in fact below the circumcision scar. I have lots and lots of loose skin up there, so I can use that to protect the sensitive nerves. The good doc left me plenty of foreskin, for which I am grateful. That way, I don't need gloves to grip it. The gloves just chafe the skin.
 
I don't think you need to spend that much time at any one stretch session--maybe ten to twenty minutes. If I stretch longer than that, I get bored, so I usually shift into an edging session.

Some guys stretch much more, and of course, each guy is different, so you have to play it by ear. It's a lot trial and error and finding a combo that works for you.

Don't forget about the piss pull. Whenever you hit the john for a leak, give it good ten to twenty second real hard pull. Don't get a hard-on, now!!!

You can do these pretty much throughout the day to keep your wang ready for a more thorough stretch session.
 
I don't warm up between sets. Once is enough for me.

BTW, the illustration is great!!! We're not artists--welll, on second thought, maybe P.E. artists!!!

alright i was wondering about that, cause I've been holding it just below my head so i stretched my whole penis but ripage sounds bad so time to change that
