In a span of a few day i have managed to get my girth up by 0.5 inches and DRY jelqs are the best option for it.
With regards to stretching i am facing a LOT of problems, where ever u read about P.E they emphasize in details about jelqing but about stretching its just pulling ur pee pee.
Would someone be kind enough to spare some time and answer some questions.
1) How often should stretching be done to get ULTIMATE results, i am quite aware that it is important to keep the penis in deformed shape in order to maximize but how often should one stretching during the day, e.g i jelq just 3x a week for 30 minutes coz Girth workouts mite need a bit more recovery time.
2) have anyone of u opted for alternative stretching ways, Other than captain cruch (sp?) bibs home made [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] etc.
3) As per the picture attached what is the BEST WAY TO HOLD A GRIP in order to maximize stretch.
1. Pulling the glans ?? (not the best grip achieved but ends up with a bruised head)
2, Just below the glans ?? Yet again possible glan injury
3. everytime i pull at this area the pink skin (i dont know that they call just pulls upwards and i get to feel nothing.
4. I am cut but my foreskin reaches to that level and when i am stretching like that i get this INTENSE PULL at the sides of my penis and when i follow grips 1,2,3 i get pulls on the base.
I desperately need ur help as i just want to gain 2 inches in length in about 4 years time.
Oh yeah .. DLD BLASTERS ROCK !! and the BUNDLED as well.
How often is it necessary to keep the penis warmed up thruout the routine. (eg. Intially warm up is done to make the penis all relaxed and ready for battle but after a few stretches or two it aint the same, so is it necessary to warm up between sets ?? if so what are the methods y'all use ??
has anybody tried chalk powder for grip purposes and experienced any skin troubles ??
