I have mainly been a hanger throughout my PE career, but I am very interested in jelqing as a possible addition to my routine or for when I stop gaining.
My question is this: if I am mainly concerned with length gains, should I jelq erect or non erect? Also if it helps I am talking about wet jelqing.
