I said I would not take pics for a long time. Well, I did exactly the opposite of that. The only reason I did this is that following DLD's excercises and applying my commitment and overall healthy lifestyle, my girth has improved. Like mentioned previously, I'm not concentrating on length too much. Just like bodybuilders focus on certain areas when training, so am I.

This is the link to the routine I used for the first 3 months or so. As I had a little more time on my hands, I started using DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words], minus the stretching excercises. Jelgs were enough for me. Then I added DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], and one handed Uli's. The way I did my Uli's is: 70% erect, start at base, perform a hard kegel, grip very hard and slide forward 1 inch and hold for 5 seconds. Slide again another inch, hold for 5 again. By the time I traveled up to my head, it was swollen and looked like a mushroom (wifey LOOOVES my shroom!) My head would pum to aprox 6.75 and sometimes more!
I would do these about 10 times while in bed, 10 minutes or so. Then jump in the hot shower for recovery, which is extremely important! I know I have a very thick base, from doing 1 handed uli's sitting down, but the thick base (approx 6.5") does not hurt at all. But DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] can probably suffice most for 1 year or so. I'm sticking to it!
