kinda upset at this^ because i started watching adult entertainment LOL. but its all good just gonna learn from it. it would have been three days in a row anyways and i believe less is more so ill take it.

Don’t watch adult entertainment, give yourself a few days to get good EQ and remeasure.
 
just been a time thing tbh, today my mityvac arrives. any suggestions on something i can do with the size doctor and mity vac? and btw my BPSFL has been getting longer its reaching 7.5 without even trying but im scared that im going to have a limp noodle with not enough blood to fill in the gap for increase on bpel

My goodness yes! With these two devices you can do the whole of SRT. Have a look through the routine and pick out which length workout you desire, there are 2 for Hanging. With your pump you will want to use the 5×5×3 in SRT.

Have you been training your pelvic floor muscles? And this is very necessary if you want to increase your EQ.
 
but not seeing any results tbh. maybe its my sleep idk.. how long can i leave the sili ring on after i finish everything ?

It takes time to build the pelvic floor muscles so don’t become discouraged just continue to do what you’re doing and it will benefit you in so many ways. You may not see the ways right now but I assure you when you become bigger you’re going to be very happy that your pelvic floor muscles are able to support the blood supply need it for a bigger penis.
