Wrapping has improved a bit I have went from 5 to 10 pounds but still have some slippage not much I usually just take the
hanger off and rewrap which sometimes is a pain. I use a thin layer of cloth like t-shirt material and I wrap real loosely which has helped me dramatically. I dont use
theraband because I have trouble with that like skin pinching and I know that is from not wrapping correctly with it its kinda tough to do, but my wife helps me when I need her to

. I think I maybe overimphasizing pressure a bit, because i know there is going to be some pressure so I have went with tht if its soft when i poke on the head and its not cold then Im okay, right? I still get a lot of skin up around the glands which I believe is the real culprit attributing to the slippage I wish I could elimanate that aspect when I wrap but it always seems to come in to play any ideas from the veterans out there. I've watched the wrapping tutorial abot twenty times, hes got it down good and makes it look so easily and I have follwed him step for step and I cant get it like he does, but I notices he uses several layers of wrap which is for much heavier
weights right? What does "
