Been on and off of edging for 20-30mins.

Had good edging seshes today 20min focused on point of no return. Second sesh 15min focused on reverse Kegel.

Edging to much gives me pimple like on my shaft. That's y I tuned it down. Maybe I'll look into hypnosis soon.
