Now i am having problems. I cant determine if i have gained anything else since. All this hard work ive put in, seems to have been for nothing! I keep saying i wanna get to 8" and every time i measure it varies 7.25. 7.5 etc, sometimes it looks bigger. I duno! Just since i gained an inch, i want it again, its not as if i slack or anything either! I work hard, a good 2-3 hours a day, maybe more! never miss a day!

Why is it im not getting gains or i am not hitting that 8"!!

And lastly...
Is it possible to get from 7ISH (NOW) TO 9" BY 6"??????

help plz! its really doing my head in, and its getting to me that much, my relationship with my girlfriend is under presure. All because of me!! coz im moody coz i aint gaining!!

Dude, alls I can say is if you're working 7 days a week, for 2-3 hours a day, you're most likely over working. That could be the reason you're not gaining. Maybe you should either take some time off, then charge right back in so you'll be like a "newbie", or give your routine a total 360, as to shock your penis into growing. Just some suggestions.

I agree with kal, take some time off and get your head on straight, dont think about Penis Enlargement and get things right with your woman. Then, when you come back your dick wont know what hit it.. In Penis Enlargement just as in bodybuilding, there's an 'optimal' level of damage that will lead to your body repairing itself bigger and better. Though the mechanisms of the two are different, the 'micro tears' and the damage done to tissue must be healed. either, do your 2 hour routine and do every other day... or do it everyday, but only 45 mins a day.

You want you're body to have controlled damage.... not a wound it cant repair simply because everyday, you keep injuring it further.

and I've noticed, when you LOOK for gains, they wont come. relax, chill, and the gains will come when you least expect them.

Yeah! Truer words were never spoken. Kick back and relax a little. It sounds to me like you're overworking it as well. Try to ENJOY the process more and stop worrying about gaining. They'll come when they're supposed to come and V.K, is right--when you least expect them.
 
An inch in girth should not be a problem, I would give the length a rest for atleast a month, just a couple tugs a day, at this piont it would be safe to say those length gains are cemented. I would do an hour girth at morning and night. The am/pm thing for girth really makes a difference. When you start up your length in a couple weeks I would think you'd see newbie gains again, it'll shock your system again.
 
Well you all could be right but here is another way to look at it you do want to keep them tears open and never heal until your seeing big difference in flaccid stretch length and erect size you should know this bulc9 you need to do what you were doing before i think you judge how good of a stretch you have had by how much fatigue you are feeling you know when you cant take it no more.

So i guess to answer your question are you feeling enough fatigue as much as you were before.

Its like DLD traines everyday Bib also did this DLD say's thinks that it only takes 24 hours for the penis to heal you don't want that to happen in fact when do you take a break i would think it is when your visual seeing gains and marking gains off on the ruler that it is safe to stop you know i don't see any of these people saying anything about doing a deacon break and i don't think they have or would do a deacon break neither would i.

With length you got to do it all day i know Bib say's think's the same gains could of been made with less time but the more time you spend the better.

And fatigue is important you have to feel until you cant take it no more and then you got to try to ride the wave ride the fatigue out.

so when you do a girth work out, and u know how your penis just kinda gets 'thin' flacid, and isnt hanging heavy... do you recomend Penis Enlargement on a dick like this, or is this a sign of overtraining?

I don't know vaseline i have never really done all that much girth work i have only really worked lenght.

The things i remember is Bib say's only to train one at a time and that would be because if you train both he say's that the matrix start's to cross over forming xxx's and making it even harder to stretch when doing length or making it harder to expand when doing girth.

But yet DLD i think has all ways or mostly trained both together.

So i guess you could try if your gonna train both together is length first then girth after it if you can't do it girth first then length.

As i am now at Uni, i have a lot more free time so i try and Penis Enlargement as much as i can. Answer to ur question Pandra about fatiuge - a little bit, sometimes i do, i have recently with my Jelqing as each stroke is now longer and harder.

I am doing hanging 2-3 times a day 30mins each, with 3kg and 30min Jelqing.

If my main goal is length, do i need to do Jelqing? or add in more stretches? Also hanging, i could increase the weight but fluid build up is a problem with MaxVac.

Should i just do a AM and PM routine or with it being length do it as much as i can. What do u suggest Pandora. What are u doing for ur length?

When i was making good gains steadily in length, i wasnt training all that much. I was using the vimax for about 1 hour a day and same with the max vac, and i was doing short workouts of realy intense hand stretching. Altogether i was peing for about 2 hours and 10 minuts a day and i was doing very well, than i sustained injuries and ive been off for more than a month. I lost some of what i had, but not much and i know it will come back. When i come back my routine is simply going to be a small amount of realy intense hand stretching combined with 1 hour of max vac (split up into 2 30 min sessions). I say combine some real intense hand stretches with the max vac and you will be set. When i say intense, i mean intense, like literally trying to pull your dick off. Combine a good 5-10 min a day of some intense manuals and a good hour of hanging, you will gain.

yeah i agree with this.

When i have time i work out all day hanging with the Bib and the max vac and also using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] depends on how i feel i do a little girth work too.
 
So u think i should just carry on as i am doing then and just be patient and gains will come?

I think after the next few days i willstart upping my weights I have re done my routine, is as follows

AM - Manual stretches then straight into hanging 30mins (with weight increasing)

PM 1 - Jelqing 30mins

PM 2 - Manual stretches then straight into hanging 30mins

Above on PM1 - Is Jelqing needed or should i have another hanging set? What would be best? what you think? I think this will get my more fatigued!

hey bulc9 ive recently rediscovered the wonders of jelqing. ive just had a blister and as a result switched to just jelq routine, tell you something - im much longer after a jelq session than i am after hanging all day! so what does that tell you? when i recover im going to do:-
am- 1 hour hang so
pm - 1 hour so
straight after (1/2 - 1 hour jelqing)
think the jelqs really do help length. p.s when i do them i dont focus on expansion but instead focus on the stretch, maybe this rhytHydromaxical action is far greater than a steady pull...
 
Yeah i see what u mean i have had similar exerpience as well.After it does seem longer and bigger. Its just that i have not seen any full gains on a rest day!

After 2 days of this rouine

AM - manual stretches 30min hang 30min
PM1 - Jelq 30min
PM2 - manual stretches 30min hang 30min

im really noticing the difference so gonna stik with it for a month see ow it goes!!
