Did you warm up in almost hot water for ten minutes--either in the shower or with a warm rag--keeping it good and warm, but not so hot you'll burn your penis?
Do you have enough lubrication on your hand so that it slips gently down the shaft?
Do you let each movement from the base to the head last 2 to 4 seconds?
Keep thinking about how you're pushing the blood down the shaft as you do each jelq.
Do them S-L-O-W-L-Y AND METHODICALLY. Don't forget to do the kegels as you are practicing the jelq.
