i think jelqing is what you should be doing ....to improve blood flow to penis....exercise kegels good diet and anything that increases bloodflow to penis is good....

Yah I could see the confusion cause they claim that it helps Ed but I don't see how it would at all like the others have said. I could see how maybe it would help with PE by reducing glans sensitivity but that will just be a theory.

I kind of believed it because it has a vacuum instead of noose which i believe can increase blood flow, plus ive noticed in some of my previous experiences that ive started to get harder erections at some point from extending.
