I have had similar experiences. I think that even though we may share with our friends what we do and our opinions on how it could benefit them it does not matter. I think that would only happen in veeeery specific situations. I can't picture a guy wanting to admit to another guy "hey, I once had a small penis, but look what I found", unless it was to help a friend in need of extra inches. Otherwise, I only see that happening with guys who already were big to start with and want to "boast" about how they went from big to huge. There's a lot of ego involved.

Most likely, it's not like you haven't found one guy who does PE, it's more like you haven't found one who openly talked about it.
Besides, I'd bet the majority of people who decide to take PE don't have the required patience to see some results, so they quit, thinking this is all a load of nonsense.
