Don't over analyze bro, if you want a bigger dick go get one. There are tons of exercises and tools just stretch the hell out of it. Look at people with giant gauged ears, you can stretch skin it takes time and lots of tension
 
Just my 2 cents on your situation, if something does not work either ask around to make sure you're doing it correctly or change your aproach. When I first started this I've done PE for 3 months with NO GAINS.... 2 years later camed back at it, read all I could find on theese forums, asked the most retarded questions and learned it propperly..... 22 months later I'm 1.5inches longer nd 0.5" thicker then my natural size. And You'll have to invest a lot of time and energy into this and also some money to purchase some equipment(a static [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropump[/words] are a minimum IMO).

And another thing that will help you a lot is to read this forum weekly, just being in contact with some of the people around here and reading/seeing their progress will serve as a huge motivation.

Sometimes PE is not about getting a 12 inch cock, it is about just getting to a place where we feel confident and happier.
 
Sorry to dissapoint you mate, but getting a bigger dick will not solve all your problems in your life.

As for gaining, no one can tell for sure how much it can gain. Some people gain 0.5 inch in years while others 2+inches, just start by pursuing your first or next 0.25" and once you claim that look further.

I like your positivity Blueballs got me discouraged, but reading your words allows me to think that theres a world of unexpected possibilities hope they are positive and useful getting bigger everyday make us feel better and confident.

If you're barely under 6 now then I would shoot for literally just 6 inches to start and then 6.25. If you reach 6.5 then it's time to celebrate because that is a great achievement, gaining .6 inches. Then go for 6.75 and so on. I have some sobering news for you though- you may never hit 7. Your body may not be built like that. PE can change our lives for good in many ways. A woman who has being slaved by a monstrous penis becomes the doormat of that penis owner. Many women will move mountains for you if you can satisfy them in bed.

Agree. Sex should never be avoided because of size. Size will come but no reason to wait
